Field Maintenance
Property Maintenance
Hours of maintenance are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Saturday 8am -1pm We offer Weekly, Bi-weekly or Every (10) day or Monthly Lawn Maintenance Options. Billing for services will be submitted once, at the end of each month. Or Full Payment Option. There is a first/last Month deposit due at start. Online Payments Option.
Month to Month
on-call or request-Lawn trim, Edged, and General cleanup Drive/Walkway, all around property. price and availability varies.
(6) Month Availability April 1-September 30
Spring/Summer
Lawn Mowed, Edged , General cleanup, Drive/Walkway clearing at a flat rate.
(6) Month Availability October1-March 30
Fall/winter
Edged , Safety & General cleanup, Leaf Cleanup, and Walkway Snow & Ice clearing at a flat rate. With driveway and lot option.
(12) Month Availability April 1-March 30
All Season
Lawn Mowed, Edged, General cleanup, Leaf Cleanup, and Snow & Ice Clearing, at a flat rate. With driveway and lot option.
Prices Varies on Property Size
Bush maintenance available at agreed time or when noticeable encroachment of walk way.
